Motion: Mr. Anderson moved to approve the January 12, 2017 minutes, seconded by Ili'Ir, McKay. Vote 4-0-2 with MY. Shaw and Mr. O'Neill abstaining. UPDATE: MA Division of Wildlife and Fisheries Habitat Improvement Grant- Mashpee conservation Department selected as recipient. creation of seasonal waterfowl habitat.at santuit Pond Preserve. The Agent reported that I atelyn Cadoret wrote up a grant proposal for the creation of seasonal waterfowl habitat at Santuit Pond Preserve. We were awarded the grant through the Iia Division of Fisheries and Wildlife in the amount of$11,600 and there will 'be more details to come. DPW will be the applicant and will go thru the permitting process as necessary. He noted Katelyn did a great job. UPDATE: Enforcement of chapter 173 conservation land bylaw-motorized vehicles. The Agent updated the commissioners on the status of the vandalism at John's Fond Conservation Area. He will be spearing to town counsel on the proposed solutions regarding increasing the fines and impounding the vehicles and making amendments to chapter 17 Conservation land bylaw-motorized vehicles.
