The Agent noted the area on photos. There is no impact to the resource areas. The <br /> site will-be restored and there is no impact to any of the performance standards. A. <br /> Negative Determination was recommended. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> Vote unanimous Mo <br /> 6:36 James � . and Kathleen M. Miller, 105 Popponesset Island Road. Proposed ICDA <br /> tree removal and mitigation planting. <br /> Resource Areas: LSCSF <br /> Bill White} Executive Landscaping, represented the applicant who is proposing to <br /> remove three trees that are blocking the sunlight to the home garden. They are willing <br /> to replant and replace with bayberry and holly plants and/or other plants suggested by <br /> the Commission. <br /> The Agent noted the trees to be removed on photos on a lot which is landlocked within <br /> the flood zone A. The applicants will be doing voluntary mitigation and he <br /> recommended a Negative Determination. The Chair requested that the corner bounds <br /> be identified on the property to avoid disturbances to an abutting open: space parcel <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. shaver. <br /> Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:39 Leland Kornfeld, 101 Popponesset Island Road. Proposed landscape ICDA <br /> improvements. <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, Buffer zone to Land Under Ocean/BVW (Popponessett <br /> Creek) <br /> Matt Foley of BJ's Landscaping represented the applicant. He stated ghat they are <br /> looping to do is to rejuvenate the existing lawn area by adding soil to half of the rear <br /> lawn area. He said they will adhere to the current lawn standards under Chapter 172 <br /> Regulation 31. <br /> The Agent showed pictures of the site and noted the current lawn is in rough shape. <br /> He met on the site and explained the lawn standards which require 6" of loam and rye <br /> fescues mix with no more than 10% of Kentucky Blue Grass and this would require <br /> receipts from the installer/supplier as proof of lawn seed variety. He suggested some <br /> silt fencing be installed along the edge of the lawn area where It meets the water until <br /> the new lawn is established. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination with the understanding <br />
