He stated ghat they are <br /> looping to do is to rejuvenate the existing lawn area by adding soil to half of the rear <br /> lawn area. He said they will adhere to the current lawn standards under Chapter 172 <br /> Regulation 31. <br /> The Agent showed pictures of the site and noted the current lawn is in rough shape. <br /> He met on the site and explained the lawn standards which require 6" of loam and rye <br /> fescues mix with no more than 10% of Kentucky Blue Grass and this would require <br /> receipts from the installer/supplier as proof of lawn seed variety.
