has a letter from an arborist confirming the multi leader tree is diseased. <br /> The Agent showed some photos of the trees and agreed with the arborist assessment <br /> that the tree should be removed and also agreed with the pruning of the other tree to <br /> prevent damage to the roof. He recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> No Comments from the Public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. shaver. <br /> Vote 4-0 unanimous,, <br /> 6:30 dark A. Bracco and Kathleen Irwin, 76 Wheeler Road. Kermit existing chapter RDA <br /> 1 Waterways licensed dock. <br /> 4 <br /> Resource Areas: Land Under Waterhody/Watervwaysa bordering land subject to <br /> flooding (Ashumet Pond) <br /> Mark Bracco, homeowner, explained there is a dock on his property which has an <br /> existing chapter 91 license #2735. The dock is on the shoreline of Ashumet Fond and <br /> was requesting this dock be.put on the town's records. <br /> The Agent noted the dock on the photos on Ashumet mond and noted this is to get the <br /> footprint on record. The only condition, which he has already taken care of, is to mark <br /> the dock with the street address and DEP number and recommended a Negative <br /> Determination. <br /> No comment from the Public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:33 Richard D. Dane, Jr. and Susan L. lane, Trustees, 342 Monomoscoy Road. RDA <br /> Proposed tree and shrub removal/reforestation. <br /> Resource Area: LSCS <br /> Mary LeBlanc} Mary LeBlanc Landscape Island, represented the applicants. She <br /> explained the proposed project will take place on 342 and 352 Monornoscoy road. <br /> When the project was built in 2012 this portion of the property wasn't under the <br /> jurisdiction of the conservation Commission but due to the new flood zone maps it is <br /> now located within the Flood zone A. She reset with the Agent on the site. There is a <br /> center island adjacent to the driveway entrance that is wooded with hitch pines and <br /> scrub oaks and the perimeter is lined with ornamental plantings many which have failed <br /> and there is a strip of lawn which is very narrow. Bartlett Tree did soil samples and <br /> determined the PH is very low. They are proposing on the house side of the island that <br /> they be permitted to removed 11 pitch pines that are closest to the driveway so they <br /> can prepare a proper planting bed and move Lack;the plantings that are at the edge of <br /> the driveway, widen the lawn and the-whole purpose is to develop a screening from the <br /> road and also the Colorado spruce and white spruce that are dead will be replaced with <br /> white spruce. <br />
