Continued from <br /> 312312017 onser at on Commission meeting due to lack of quorum. N01 <br /> resource Area: LSCSF, land Under ocean, salt Marsh, BVW, Land containing <br /> Shellfish, ACEC <br /> Michael Borselli, Falmouth Engineering, represented the applicants. He explained the <br /> project is to reconstruct the existing licensed dock and add guest parking with required <br /> mitigation. The reconstruction of the dock will be over salt marsh and coastal beach and <br /> the guest parking will be in the front yard near the roadway and more than 50' from the <br /> salt marsh. The dock will be reconstructed in accordance to the plan and within the <br /> previously licensed footprint. The applicant will install mitigation plantings in accordance <br /> with the local regulations. The new dock will consist of thru flows decking to allow for <br /> sunlight penetration. <br /> The Agent noted the DEP permit number and property address is to be displayed on the <br /> pier per Regulation 27, He recommended one Eastern Red cedar, one Shadbush and a <br /> unix of bayberry for mitigation and recommended a Close and Issue. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion* Mr. McKay moved to close and Issue with conditions stated seconded by <br /> Mr. Shaw. vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6.06 Kevin and Lorraine M. Hargadon, 3 Kim path. Proposed septic system <br /> upgrade. Continued from 312312017 Conservation Commission meeting due to lack of <br /> quorum. RDA <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, buffer zone to freshwater wetlands <br /> Wayne Tavares, Wet Tech Land Design was representing the homeowners. He <br /> explained the project was to install a new septic system which has to be vaulted for a <br /> three bedroom house. <br /> The Agent noted the Board of Health approved the plans dated March 1, 2017 with <br /> variance relief to accommodate a proposed four bedroom dwelling. The leaching facility <br /> includes and I/A denitrification unit with an ultraviolet light. The Agent noted the wetland <br /> on a photo and recommended silt fencing during construction and recommended a <br /> Negative Determination . <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Shaw moved a legative Determination with condition outlined above, <br /> seconded by Mr. McKay. vote 4-0 unanimous. <br /> FDA <br /> 6:09 William P. Tommasino and Deborah D. Thornton, Trustees, 196 Waterway. <br /> Permit existing pier, ramp and float. Continued from 312312017 Conservation <br /> Commission meeting due to lack of quorum. <br />
