He stated there is a proposal of <br /> the Planning Board and conservation to create a greenway thru Mashpee Commons to <br /> a trail that leads to a footbridge to be installed over the Quashnet liver and the trail <br /> would continue to the high school. The project will be coming before the Commissioners <br /> with an RCCA. <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> :00 Popponesset Beach Association, 0 Uncle Percy's Road. Proposed tree <br /> removal and tree pruning ` <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF Buffer Zone to Inland Bank, Land Under Dater and <br /> Waterways (bean's Pond) RDA <br /> Mark Flaherty, Flaherty and Stefani, Inc., represented the applicants. He described the <br /> proposed project includes improving the walking path thinning out the overgrown trees to <br /> clean up the area and move back a fence. They also grant to clean up the area of the <br /> debris that has been put there to make the path safer, Mr. Thurston from the PBA stated <br /> the path is very narrow and they would life to widen the path. <br />
