Y <br /> Z <br /> The Agent questioned the amount of trees to be removed and his recommendation <br /> would be to focus on the trees that are encroaching on the pathway. He showed the <br /> areas in question on photos. He agreed with removing the piled up debris. He stated it <br /> makes sense to remove the trees encroaching on the pathway or prune there back but it <br /> doesn't male sense to remove the trees further back from the pathway. The Agent <br /> suggested that a revised plan be submitted for the record showing the trees that are <br /> encroaching on the pathway. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay,moved a Negative Determination with the understanding this <br /> plan be updated atter consulting with the Agent. seconded by Mr. shaver* bete <br /> unanimous 6-0 <br /> 6:03 Paul J. Brady, Jr. and Susan M. Brady, 23 cross Tree Way. Proposed <br /> installation of shed. FDA <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, Buffer Zone to BVw, salt harsh, Land Under ocean <br /> Adam Holsteder represented the applicants. He explained the proposed addition was to <br /> construct a shed, 10' by 2% sitting on six sono tubes on the north side of the house <br /> parallel to the screened in porch. The Agent reviewed the resource areas and showed <br /> photos of the area and the approximate location of the shed which would trigger some <br /> additional mitigation. Adam clarified the location of the shed on the photo. The Agent <br /> suggested a new plot plan illustrating the location for the file. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination with the condition a new plot <br /> plan be submitted, seconded by Mr. Shaver. Vote 6-0 <br /> 6:06 Joseph M. and Maureen Hanley, 122 captains Rover. Proposed construction <br /> of shoreline access stairs to existing, licensed pier, ramp and float <br /> RDA , <br /> Resource Area: Land Under ocean, salt Marsh, LSCSF, Mashpee River <br /> Matt costa, cape and Island Engineering, represented the applicants. He described the <br /> proposed project Was to install access steps on each side of the [a'ndward portion of the <br /> existing dock for public access below mean high water to allow for shoreline access for <br /> fishing and fowling purposes pursuant to chapter 91 regulations. Nests will consist of <br /> four 4' by 4' posts and the access stairs will be constructed by hand. He noted the pier} <br /> ramp and float structures were legally permitted (Waterways License No. 3431, Order of <br /> Conditions, SE 43-905, issued 7-23-90, amended 1-8--91 and a certificate of compliance <br /> was issued on 8-12-92, They are seeping a Chapter 91 License to retain and maintain <br /> existing pier, ramp and floats structure. <br /> The Agent noted it is a chapter 91 requirement for public access to navigate the <br /> shoreline between mean high and mean low. He noted the harbormaster has no <br /> problems and endorses the project. <br />
