Galante, 164 captains Row. proposed addition to <br /> existing dwelling <br /> The Agent noted the applicants' engineer has requested a continuance to May 25 at <br /> 6:06 p.m. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay mowed at the request of the engineer this hearing be <br /> continued to May 25 at 6:06 p.m. seconded by Mr. Shaw. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:15 Patricia A. Colasuonno, Trustee, 27 sand Dollar Lane. Proposed septic <br /> upgrade. <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to coastal Bank, salt Marsh, L SCSF <br /> Tom Bunker, BSS Design, represented the applicants. He stated the proposed project is <br /> to install a new septic system for an existing 4 bedroom house. He described the <br /> method in which the new septic system will be installed which is a self-contained unit. It <br /> is less than 100 ft. from the salt r-arsh. <br /> The Agent noted the Board of Health comments. The application has been submitted <br /> and under review. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:18 Any P. Cog h l i n, 56 Spoondrift Way. Proposed dernol itionlreconstruction of <br /> dwelling with decks, septic system upgrade, retaining walls, access stairs to <br /> existing pier and float, and landscape/hardscape improvements,. <br /> The Agent stated the applicant's engineer has requested a continuance to May 25 at <br /> 6:03 p.m.: <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay,moved to continue the hearing at the request of the engineer <br /> to May 23 at 6:03 p.m. seconded by Mr. slaw. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> UPDATES: (continued). <br /> santuit Pond Herring Run — ATV deterrent guardrail installation <br /> The Agent updated the commissioners on the ATV incident that took place at the <br /> santuit Pond Herring Run. He met with the DPW Director and the members of the <br /> Tribe and they decided to install more guardrails at the top of the bank and extend <br /> some of the guardrails that are there. This would ensure to deter ATVs corning <br /> into this area. <br /> Amerlcorps trail steps and trail maintenance— Mashpee woodlands <br /> 4 <br />
