Following a discussion, it was noted lot line disputes are <br /> civil matters and not in the purview of the commission. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determ*lnationy seconded by Mr. smith. <br /> Vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> ASSISTANT AGENT UPDATES <br /> The Agent updated the commission on the assistant agent projects, l atelyn Cadoret <br /> has been working with high school students to get some hat boxes Built and put out in <br /> our conservation areas. She continues to work with AmenCorps on our trails. There will <br /> be 3 more Ameri orps days. I atelyn has also successfully collected over 1700 in fines <br /> for legal trespass on conservation lands. She has gone thru a rigorous process to <br /> collect these fines working with the Mashpee Police Department and as a result we are <br /> seeing less trespassing. <br /> SITE VISITS FOR PERMIT REVIEWS <br /> The Agent stated he normally schedules his site visits on Mondays. He will send out an <br /> email as reminder as to when he will be going to go out and any commissioner that <br /> wishes to join him is welcome to do so. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would <br /> be discussed, <br /> The Agent stated he received an email today from the Seaside Properties looking to do <br /> a similar type of biodegradable coastal bank erosion control project similar to the one in <br /> front of Coastline Drive. <br /> The Chair inquired about the Cape Cod Mosquito Control, The Agent stated technically <br /> they are exempt from the Wetlands Protection Act. He noted they try to work with us <br /> and we are working to see if they can corse up with a less intrusive way to get thru some <br /> of the areas. <br /> Lotion: Mr. McKay moved to adjourn, seconded by lir: shaver.
