He described the <br /> is <br /> area where the beach nourishment will be taping place. -All the work will be above mean <br /> high water, the sand will be compatible grain size and they will choose a supplier of the <br /> sand and collect the slips and provide the slips to the conservation Agent. The <br /> applicants are requesting maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> The Agent noted an area where there is beach grass is categorized as a coastal dune. <br /> He noted beach grass cannot be removed or smothered, He stated no nourishment is to <br /> cover the Keach grass. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to close and Issue, seconded by Mr. shaver.' vote <br /> unanimous 6-0 <br /> 6:24 Robert and Sheri J. Garf, 9 sunset circle. Proposed second-story addition to <br /> existing dwelling. NOI <br /> Resource Area: Buffer zone to Bordering Land subject to Flooding and Inland <br /> bank associated with Johns Pond <br /> Douglas Stefanov, architect, represented the applicants. He described the project is to <br /> modify the Lorne by adding a second story. The property is within 50 feet of the Inland <br /> bank. No change to the existing footprint, <br /> The Agent described the existing conditions on the photos. He noted that any lawn <br /> areas that need to be reseeded must adhere to the Chapter 172 Lavin standards. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: [fir.
