He noted the Board of Health commented the project is in Zone Il, <br /> Plan is under review for a conventional Title v system to accommodate a : <br /> proposed 3 bedroom dwelling. He noted this was a great looking landscaping <br /> plan. <br /> No comments from the public. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to Close and issue, seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> Vote unanimous -0 <br /> 6:15 seaward Investments, LLC. 62 Waterway. Proposed reconstruction of a <br /> bullhead N01 <br /> Resource Area: Land Under ocean, Coastal Bank and LSCSF, spinnaker Cove <br /> Torn Bunker, BSS Design, represented the applicants. He noted they are proposing a <br /> seawall enhancement of the face of the old rock sea wall. work on the property will <br /> involve removing the lower portion of the existing gall, The new seawall will also receive <br /> wood wale bears across theface of the wall. The final seawall construction details will <br /> be scheduled to occur during times,of low tide. This project also includes replanting <br /> disturbed areas directly behind the seawall as shown on the plans. <br /> The Agent showed images of the area on the photo and noted the adjacent properties <br /> with existing bullheads. Mr. Bunker said they will be tying in the walls on both sides to <br /> fill in the gap. The Agent noted the rocks lying on the creek-floor would have to �e <br /> removed. There was a discussion on the location of the drainage easement and Mr. <br /> Bunker stated he would investigate and make any edits necessary. <br /> No comment from the public. <br /> Motion: Mr* McKay moved to close and Issuer seconded by Mr. Smith. vote <br /> unanimous 6-0 <br /> 6:18 Eric P. Rothenberg and Pamela Ely, 18 spoondrift Circle' Proposed <br /> removal/replacement/relocation of shed. RDA <br /> Resource Area: Buffer zone to Coastal hank, salt marsh and LSCSF <br /> Eric Rothenberg, homeowner, explained they have a very old shed on their property and <br /> he was proposing to replace it with a new 8' by 12' shed next to the fence. The shed is <br /> built off site and delivered to the property to be placed on concrete blocks. No trees are <br /> to be removed. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. smith mored a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Shaw. Vote <br /> unanimous -0 <br />
