He described the <br /> project is the construction of an.18' by 18' gide addition with no new bedrooms. He <br /> noted on the plan the work limit line which has been staked. There are no changes on <br /> the seaward side of the house, ' The Agent noted the Board of Health comments: that a <br /> septic inspection is required prior to building permit si noff and the proposed addition <br /> must have a 6' gide entranceway into the proposed room. He noted the project meets <br /> the performance standards. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr, McKay moved a negative Determination, seconded by Mr. smith, <br /> Vote unanimous -o <br /> 6;09 Michael D. and Angela Madnick, 27 Uncatena Road, Proposed hot tub and <br /> hardscape installation, tree pruning. RDA <br /> Jack Landers-cauley, civil Engineer} represented the applicant and stated there was a <br /> deficiency in the filing regarding the mitigation and requested a continuance. <br /> Motion' Mr. McKay moved to continue the hearing at the request of the engineer <br /> to June ath at 6: 12 p,,m.,-seconded by Mr. smith. vote unanimous <br /> 6-01P <br /> 6:12 Seaward Investments, LLC, 6.2 Waterway. Proposed demolition/rebuild of <br /> dwelling septic system upgrade, hardscape improvements and mitigation plantings. <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, buffer zone to coastal bank and sand Under ocean <br /> Tom Dunker, BSS Design, represented the applicants. He described the project is to <br /> raze the existing house and to construct a new house. The proposed house will be <br /> feet further from the high water line. A new septic system will be constructed in the front <br /> yard.under the driveway. The number of bedrooms is not being increased due to the <br /> fact they are in Zone II of a public grater supply. Dry wells will be installed to contain roof <br /> runoff and the limit of work will be marked. <br /> Andrew Garulay, Yarmouth Dort Design Group, explained the mitigation; The project <br /> proposes to restore over 1500 square feet of native planting in open areas and where <br /> invasive plantings will be removed. He described the mitigation plan which will consist of <br /> native plantings. The cedar Tree and 1 r' oak will be preserved. <br /> The Agent shoved images of the area and suggested conditions that every tree that is to <br /> be paved that these trees are clearly protected so the contractors don't damage them or <br /> take there down. There is no adverse impact to the performance standards. He noted <br />
