4. At utility pole 16/18, the existing street light on Sampson's <br /> Mill Rd. should be transferred from Mr. George Souza to the <br /> Town of Mashpee. The street light has significant benefit to <br /> public safety. <br /> 5. Utility pole 18/20, Sampson's Trill Road add a 10 foot arm, <br /> 2000 lumen street light. <br /> . Utility pole 3 on great Neck Rd. North near the entrance to <br /> 1lashpee 'Town Hall, please provide a 12 foot arra, 4000 lumen <br /> street light. <br /> . If possible, at utility pole 53/14 on Ilashpee Neck Road and <br /> Simon's Narrows Road, please provide a 10 foot arm, 2000 lumen <br /> street light. This pole has two levels of primary power and may <br /> not provide clearance for the light. :57'/14, <br /> /000? <br /> . If possible, at utility pole 4 on Simon's Narrows and the <br /> intersection of yard, please provide a 12 foot 'arm, 2000 lumen <br /> street light. This pole has lighting protection which may interfere <br /> with installation. Pdo <br /> �PO" <br /> P '4- <br /> These are all the issues from the past 12 months. Please have <br /> this list reviewed by the Board of Selectmen. All items are <br /> within our operating budget.
