RDA <br /> Resource Area: Land Under WaterbodiesMaterways, Ashumet Pond <br /> Richard Abbott, homeowner, explained he is proposing to repair and restore the existing <br /> dock on his property* The Agent stated this is property abutting Ashurnet Fond and the <br /> dock will be rebuilt in its present footprint. He noted the dock is in disrepair and <br /> recommended a negative determination. He noted the Conservation commission <br /> requires a display of the address on each piece of the door. <br /> No comment from the public. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved for a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. shaver. <br /> Vote Unanimous -o <br /> 6:03 George E. Mandalos, 22 cross Tree Way. Proposed vista pruning. NOI <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, Buffer Zone to coastal Bank, Popponesset.Creek <br /> Mr. Mandalos, homeowner, described his property and how he was proposing to have <br /> pine trees pruned for his proposed vista pruning. The Agent stated he met with Mr. <br /> Mandalos to go over the width of the Griew corridor which is 5% of the linear frontage. <br /> He described on the photos the 3 pines being referred to which has a lot of lower branch <br /> growth and some are hanging over the deck. 30% of the branches per tree is allowed to <br /> be pruned. If approved, there will be a requirement that an arborist and conservation <br /> staff be on site for the pruning. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> ' r <br /> Motion. Mr. Shaw moved to close and Issue, seconded. by Mr. Smith. Mote <br /> unanimous. 5-0 <br /> :06 Popponesset Beach Association, Inc. o-Beach shore Drive. Proposed <br /> restoration of access pathway to Popponesset Beach. FDA <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved at the request of the applicant to withdraw their <br /> application, seconded by Mr. smith. Dote unanimous 5-0 <br />
