Dylan gave a description of <br /> ghat he offers which is a video campaign for conservation land. He showed a video as <br /> an example to the commissioners. The Agent will be following up with IT and Kaitlin <br /> cadoret, the Assistant Conservation Agent. The Agent stated if this goes forward the <br /> funds could be used from the Maintenance and Land Account, <br /> Upper Quashnet RFP Evaluations <br /> The Agent began by stating he checked with the Town Manager and no part of this <br /> discussion needs to tape-place in Executive Session, He stated all of the proposals are <br /> highly qualified. He used the format given to him by the DPW Director to analy e.the <br /> proposals. He left the price out of it because the qualifications are first and foremost and <br /> have the funding be the subsequent consideration. He noted we are looping for <br /> someone to guide us thru the entire process. Following the discussion and each <br /> commissioner reviewing their opinions, the Agent stated based on all of the criteria, he <br /> recommended Horsley bitten be awarded the contract due to their amount of extensive <br /> experience. The Commissioners had no further questions or.discussion and agreed with <br /> the Agent's recommendation. <br />
