He explained the proposed project is to allow for a water main installation and connection to Town water on property located at Soo Nathan Ellis Highway. He illustrated the water mains to be installed on the street. He stated a pre-construction meeting with Mashpee conservation Agent prior to construction will be held. They will also place erosion controls in aeeas of disturbance that will result in sediment deposits in wetlands during construction and erosion controls will not be removed until area of disturbance is stabilized.
