He explained the proposed project is to allow for a water main installation and connection to Town water on property located at 62 Quail.Hollow Road. He noted the water mains to be installed on the street. He stated a pre-construction meeting with Mashpee conservation Agent prior to construction will be held. They will also place erosion.controls in areas of disturbance that will result in sediment deposits in wetlands during construction and erosion controls will not be removed until area of disturbance is stabilized. Proposed construction of single-family dwelling and septic system. continued from 6122/2017 NOI Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Inland Bank, Land UnderWaterbodies/Waterways, Pimlico Pond Michael Borselli, Falmouth Engineering, represented the applicant. The proposed project includes the construction of a single family dowelling, driveway, septic system, and associated clearing, grading and landscaping. The construction will be within the 100 ft buffer zone. He noted the trees that will need to be removed since the lot is heavily wooded. The limit of work will be installed before the commencement of work} access will be from Cove Load. The septic system will be installed as well as drywells and loam and seed landscape will stabilize all of the disturbed areas. He stated all of the work meets the performance standards.
