The proposed project <br /> includes the construction of a single family dowelling, driveway, septic system, and <br /> associated clearing, grading and landscaping. The construction will be within the 100 ft <br /> buffer zone. He noted the trees that will need to be removed since the lot is heavily <br /> wooded. The limit of work will be installed before the commencement of work} access will <br /> be from Cove Load. The septic system will be installed as well as drywells and loam and <br /> seed landscape will stabilize all of the disturbed areas. He stated all of the work meets <br /> the performance standards. <br />
