Additionally, there was a, lack of <br /> landscaping details within jurisdiction. Mr. Borselli stated the septic application is on file <br /> with the Board of Health and he has added to the plan the mitigation landscape scheme. <br /> The Agent stated the 50' and 100' setbacks also need to be shown on the plan. Mr. <br /> Borselli said he would submit a reprised plan. The Agent stated the conservation lawn <br /> standards Would apply and their application is on file with the Board of Health, <br /> No questions from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. smith moved to close and Issue with the condition a new elan is <br /> submitted showing the 50' and 0o' setbacks. seconded by Mr. Shaw. Amend order of <br /> Conditions 43-2902 with changes to proposed house footprint and landscaping, <br /> addition of plunge pool and patio. Aooc <br /> Resource Area: coastal Bane Buffer to coastal Bane LSCSF, Bordering <br /> Vegetated Wetland, salt Marsh, Land Under ocean. <br /> Matt costa, cape & Island Engineering, represented the applicants. He said they are <br /> requesting to amend the Order of conditions 4 - 0to change the proposed house <br /> footprint, modify the landscaping, and add a plume pool and patio. He said the <br /> proposed changes do not move the construction any closer to the resource areas than <br /> the closest point of the existing structure and are within areas of alteration previously <br /> approved by the Commission. Dry wells around the structure were added and lawn <br /> notes were added to the plan to comply with Conservation,regulations. There wat a <br /> discussion on the wall as it relates to the coastal bank. lir. costa in response to a <br /> question from the agent regarding a tree stated the tree will remain. The existing Order <br /> of conditions was issued on February 14, 2017. <br /> Michelle, neighbor to the left, expressed her concerns about the plunge pool and asked <br /> if there will be a fence around the pool. It was noted the fence requirement will be <br /> addressed with the building code requirements. I'Illr. Costa said the project meets the <br /> performance standards and he will put the fence on the plan so it is part of the record. <br /> The Agent recommended the condition that the applicant shows the work limit in the field <br /> once construction starts with signage and the project to be inspected on a weekly basis <br /> because it is so close to the coastal bank. He also noted the pool should not be emptied <br /> over the bank and not be emptied in the wetland area or the catch basin. <br /> There was a discussion on the size of the pool and the duration of the project which Mr. <br /> Costa estimated 16 to 24 months, He also stated he would talk to the applicants <br /> regarding the size of the pool and the fencing and note it on the plan and will also see <br /> that Michelle gets this information. <br /> No further discussion from the public <br /> Motion: lir. Sweet moved to approve the Amended order of conditions, <br /> seconded by Mr. Anderson. Vote 6-0 <br />
