Ramona Peters, founder.of the Dative Land Conservancy, Inc., stated they have some <br /> interest in the property on Seconsett Island and introduced Mark Robinson, Executive <br /> Director of the Compact of Conservation Trust. He was requesting the Commission's <br /> recommendation to the Selectmen and to the Secretary of Energy and Environmental <br /> Affairs for a perpetual conservation restriction on 42 and 45 Beconsett Drive. The <br /> owners are requesting to place a conservation restriction on the land and would lire to <br /> get this recorded by the end of the calendar year. He said at a date in the future, the <br /> land will be conveyed to the Native Land Conservancy (2056) and after the conveyance <br /> the cabin will he torn down and the area will be restored to its natural state. He has a <br /> certification form from the State showing the Conservation Commission endorses this <br /> concept which will be forwarded to the Selectmen and the secretary. The Agent <br /> recommended the Commissioners take a vote of endorsement and sign the <br /> conservation restriction and he will send a letter to the Board of Selectmen stating the <br /> Commission this. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. shave mowed the Commissioners endorse the conservation <br /> Restriction as described, seconded by Mr. O'Neill. vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Public <br /> Mr. Wolfe returned and submitted a revised plan for the Quail Hollow road hearing <br /> noting the trees to be removed and the placement of the sand. <br /> Motion: lir.
