No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr' shave moved a Negative Determination for the tree removal and deck <br /> with the balance of the project to require an Nol, seconded by Mr. Anderson. <br /> Vote 4-o <br /> 6:09 Michael Cusack/Michael Cusack, et al Trustees, 42, 46 Quail Hollow Road. <br /> Proposed additions to existing dwelling, construction of seasonal dock, <br /> installation of mitigation plantings and beach nourishment. Nol <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone, Inland Bank, Land Under Waterbod ies and <br /> Waterways, John's Fond <br /> Dustin Wolfe represented the applicants. The homeowner is requesting a proposed <br /> addition to the existing home. There is a small area of proposed decking, steps and <br /> addition that falls within the 50 foot setback. The existing bank area is void of trees and <br /> shrubs and as a result no vegetation will be removed in this area. They are proposing <br /> no alterations to the slope. They are proposing on the landscape plan by Artistic <br /> Grounds to add mitigation plantings using native plant materials. The homeowner is <br /> requesting to install a seasonal fixed aluminum dock as shun on the plan provided. <br /> The homeowner is also requesting to add conservation approved washed sand to the <br /> existing sandy beach. <br /> The Agent noted on the photos the existing conditions, the proposed area of the <br /> expansion, and the beach front area where the dock is proposed. He noted the letter <br /> from Natural Heritage has not yet been received but anticipates a letter of no take. <br /> Mr. Wolfe stated no sand will be dumped into the pond. The Agent noted the <br /> Conservation commission requires documentation that it is cleaned mashed sand and <br /> ghat resource it's coning from and prior notification of the amount and the methodology <br /> of delivery be submitted to the office before it takes place. The Agent stated the plan will <br /> need to be revised to see the exact area of beach-nourishment and the narking of the <br /> trees to be removed. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. shave moved to close and Issue pending Natural Heritage response <br /> and.the submission of a reprised plan flagging the trees to be removed and the <br /> definition of the sand nourishment, seconded by Mr. O'Neill.
