Peter McEntee, Engineering Works, represented the applicants. He described <br /> the project was to pumping and filling the existing septic tank and abandoning the <br /> existing leaching system. A complete Title V septic system will he installed. The <br /> Agent noted the application has been submitted to the Board of Health and i <br /> under review of a conventional Titlo V system with a pump chamber to <br /> accommodate an existing 3 bedroom dwelling. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet roved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. <br /> Sharer. vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> 6:30 Lawrence R, & Antonia F. Prom 55 Buccaneer Way. Proposed <br /> hazardous tree removal/pruning. <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to the Coastal Bank, Riverfront, Mashpee <br /> River <br /> Michael Hope, Professional Arborist, represented the applicant. He said <br /> applicant proposing to de some pruning and remove several trees which <br /> pp was <br /> were noted on thep lan to reduce hazards and increase light penetration reducing <br /> meld, ret and wood deterioration. All the work will be deme by hand. The trees <br /> are all surrounded by ether trees. The Agent noted the resource areas and the <br /> thickening vegetation and the trees to be removed.
