Proposed septic system upgrade. <br /> RISA <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Land Under Water bodies and Waterways, <br /> cataquin fond <br /> Deter McEntee, Engineering Works, represented the applicant. He stated the <br /> proposed project consists of abandoning the existing leaching system and <br /> retaining the existing septic tank. A gravity severer line in being proposed to run to <br /> a distribution box.and then to a single 500 gallon leaching chamber. The location <br /> of the proposed leaching system is in the SE corner of the property. The Agent <br /> noted thero ert is in zone ll. The application has been submitted to the Board <br /> p p <br /> { of Health and is under review for variance relief. A conventional Title V system is <br /> proposed to accommodate an existing 2 bedroom dwelling. He'recommended a <br /> Negative Determination. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. smith moved a Negative Determination, seconded b Mr. <br /> g . <br /> Shaw. vote unanimous -o <br /> 6:24 William R. Schuil & Beverly A. Ralanzi sch ull, 16 Bosuns Lane. <br /> Proposed septic system upgrade. Variances to Title V are being requested for the proposed <br /> work. The Agent stated the application has been submitted to the Board of <br /> Health and is under review. A conventional Title V system with a pump chamber <br /> is proposed to accommodate an existing 3 bedroom dwellin-g. <br /> The Agent recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: lir, Smithy moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. <br /> Shaw. vote unanimous -o <br /> :27 Herbert A. & Lynne F.
