HEARINGS, <br /> 6:00 Frederick M. Heimberg, 39 Sturgis Lane. Proposed fence installation. <br /> Clue to lack of quorum at 8/10/2017 meeting, hearing was rescheduled to <br /> next meeting. RCCA <br /> Resource Areas: Buffer Zone to Land Under Waterbod les and Waterways <br /> (Mashpee Fond) <br /> Mr. Heir berg, homeowner, explained he was requesting the installation of a <br /> stockade cedar wooden fence, 6 ft. high and 92 feet long. He said the reasoning <br /> for the fence is for privacy and for his children. The Agent highlighted the parcel <br /> on [ ashpee Wakeby Fond. He noted the fence will not impact any resource <br /> areas and he recommended a negative determination. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr, smith mored a Negative Determinations seconded by Mr. <br /> Sweet. Vote unanimous -0. <br /> 6:03 Frederick A.C. Mercier, Jr., 264 Monomoscoy Road. Proposed <br /> modification of existing pier. Due to lack of quorum at 8110/2017 meeting, <br /> hearing was rescheduled to next meeting. RISA <br /> Resource Area; LSCSF, Land Under ocean, Land containing shellfish, <br /> Buffer Zone to salt Marsh BVW <br /> Matt costa} Cape and Island Engineering, represented the applicant. He <br /> explained the proposed project is to remove one existing float and one piling from <br /> existing licensed dock structure. The existing bulkhead and marine railway are <br /> licensed under Chapter 91. He noted on the plan the float which has been a <br /> navigation issue for the abutter and the Mercier's, DEF got involved and the <br /> Mercier's agreed to remove the float. They will be filing a chapter 91 license with <br /> DEP to modify the license. The Agent recommended there be some conditions <br /> as far as pile removal and debris disposal and a condition that the applicant signs <br /> a debris disposal fora. <br /> Julia Brady, 256 l lonornoscoy Toad, abutter, submitted a letter dated August 8. <br /> She is concerned that boats are now coming toward her side. She stated the <br /> owner rents the spaces and showed the Commissioners pictures of what she is. <br /> dealing with. she said recently a 28 ft boat was moved there. She described her <br />
