He said the proposed <br /> project is to raze and replace an existing single family home to include an <br /> attached garage, porches} and decks. The proposed deck will be moved slightly <br /> landward from the top of the coastal Bank. He described all debris will be <br /> removed as needed and a silt fence will be used to prevent runoff from leaving <br /> theysite.
