Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Inland Bark, Land Under Water and <br /> Waterways, ovakeby Pond <br /> Dark Burgess, Shorefront consulting, represented the applicant. He stated the <br /> proposed project is the installation of a seasonal dock and pervious patio. He <br /> stated the dock sections can be assembled in the upland area and then carried <br /> to the water. All equipment gill be stored on the applicant's driveway or back <br /> yard out of the buffer zone. He stated during construction the site will be <br /> accessible for inspection. Upon completion of construction, the lawn, driveway <br /> and sta ing areas any disturbed areas by construction shall be returned to <br /> Y <br /> preconstruction conditions. The Agent reviewed the plans and noted the -existing <br /> pathway to the proposed patio leading down to the dock area. Natural Heritage <br /> submitted a letter of No Take. We do condition that seasonal docks when stored <br /> do not cover any vegetation. Harbormaster has no issue with the project. He <br /> recommended a close and Issue. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to close and Issue, seconded by Mr. smith. Vote <br /> 6-0 <br /> 6:18 Jacques N. & Martha M. Morin, 11 Hamblin Road. Proposed <br /> demolrebuild of single-family hone, install ire-ground swimming <br /> ool atiolfencing, u rade septic system, and modify existing dock. 1401 <br /> Resource Area: coastal Beach, Buffer to Coastal Bank, salt Marsh and <br /> Land Under ocean, Ls sF, ACEI <br /> Matt costa, cape & Island Engineering, represented the applicants. He <br /> explained the proposed project is to raze and replace the existing single family <br /> home construct a new single family dwelling, deck, porch and steps, install new <br /> g Y <br /> septic tank, installation of an in ground swimming pool, patio} fencing, and <br /> mitigation measures. He noted his new format and reviewed the proposed <br /> g - <br /> project on these sheets. They have an existing licensed pier and they will rebuild <br /> thecou le ier and relocate a of pilings. The applicant wants to go with green <br /> p p p g <br /> heart pilings which are a suitable substitution. This will all be done within-the <br /> licensed footprint. <br /> Matt stated a waiver of requirement is being requested as part of this application <br /> for the construction of a portion of the proposed dwelling, pool, patio and fencing <br /> area within 50 ft. of a wetland resource.area. He stated the existing lot is <br /> extremely $rnall. All areas where development is proposed have been previously <br /> legally altered. There are no proposed alterations to any naturally vegetated <br /> areas within the 50} Duffer zone. The pool and patio will replace lawn area. <br /> -proposed dry wells will be used to collect and recharge storm water-runoff. All <br /> new lawn areas will be constructed in accordance with the Iashpee Lawn <br />
