He stated there were additional requirements <br /> added to the scope of work which includes the investigation of the Noah and <br /> South of the impact area which needed to be clarified. Horsley and Witten <br /> submitted their final draft of expenses to the Conservation Office and then it was <br /> forwarded to the Air Force who then accepted i . The Air Force will oversee the <br /> funding. <br /> The Agent gave an update on John's Pond Fish Ladder which needs some work <br /> on the overall structure of the fish ladder. A study needs to be done to identify <br /> the causes of erosion and a hydrology analysis of the structure itself. He noted <br /> Southport Development Area applied to DEP for a water withdrawal permit to do <br /> irrigation on the golf course and this requires mitigation. We were asked if there <br /> were any priority projects conservation was working on.
