He explained the proposed project <br /> involves the upgrade of an existing leaching facility with a new Title 5 septic <br /> system for an existing single family home. The septic system will be situated <br /> under the driveway in front of the property. The Agent stated the application was <br /> submitted to the Board of Health and the plans were approved for a conventional <br /> Title V system to accommodate an existing three bedroom dwelling.
