Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. <br /> Smith. Vote unanimous a_p <br /> Mr. Garf wished to thank all involved with the process. He noted Conservation <br /> Department and all the other departments he dealt with were Very cooperative. <br /> 6:15 Robert M. & Marjorie A. Hackett, 3 Stanley Road. Proposed septic <br /> system upgrade. RDA <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF <br /> JC Engineering represented the applicant. He explained the proposed project <br /> involves the upgrade of an existing leaching facility with a new Title 5 septic <br /> system for an existing single family home. The septic system will be situated <br /> under the driveway in front of the property. The Agent stated the application was <br /> submitted to the Board of Health and the plans were approved for a conventional <br /> Title V system to accommodate an existing three bedroom dwelling. He <br /> recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved a Negative Determination, Seconded by <br /> Mr. Shaw. Vote unanimous. a_p <br /> 6:18 Ellen E. Nlurad, 19 Keel Way. Proposed septic system upgrade. RDA <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF <br /> Wayne Tavares represented the applicant. He stated the owner is seeking to <br /> upgrade the existing septic system to accommodate the existing 5 bedroom <br /> home which they are selling. An additional leaching field is needed. He noted an <br /> application was submitted to the Board of Health and the plans were approved <br /> for a conventional Title V leaching facility to accommodate an existing 5 bedroom <br /> dwelling. The Agent recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved a Negative Determination, Seconded by Mr. <br /> Sweet. Vote unanimous. a_p <br /> The Agent noted Katelyn Cadoret is attending a conference on the refuge <br /> partnership. <br />
