He stated he has been in contact with <br /> the harbormaster who has no issues with it being approved for a permit since the <br /> dock poses no threat to safe vessel navigation. The Agent confirmed this is an <br /> old dock that needs to get a permit and is grandfathered. He recommended a <br /> Negative Determination. He informed the owner the dock is required to have <br /> identification displayed with the property address on each section. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. <br /> Shaw. Vote unanimous a_p <br /> 6:12 Robert & Sheri J. Garf, 9 Sunset circle. Proposed construction of <br /> seasonal dock and after-the-fact permit to allow for demolition/ <br /> reconstruction of a deck on existing dwelling. RDA <br /> Resource Area: Land Under Waterbodies/Waterways, Buffer Zone to <br /> John's Pond <br /> Robert Garf, homeowner, stated this is an after-the-fact application for a dock. <br /> He will need approval from Conservation to start the process for a Chapter 91 <br /> License. He stated he was requesting the installation of pre-fabricated non- <br /> commercial dock at the shoreline which is an after-the-fact demo/rebuild of <br /> existing dock for safety concerns in a smaller footprint. The dock will be removed <br /> each fall. The Agent recommended a Negative Determination. <br />
