The installation and <br /> maintenance would be completed by the association at no cost to the <br /> Town indicated Mr. Taylor who recommended approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to rant permission to <br /> . g <br /> the Baybury Village Association to make improvements to the <br /> entrance located off Great Neck Road South as requested. <br /> M q <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Bike ath Change Order: <br /> Mr. Taylor recommended the Board approve a Change Order in the <br /> amount of$11,430.00 to reconstruct four driveway entrances to <br /> comply with B ikep ath Regulations. <br /> Lawrence Lynch Corporation submitted the lumpsum estimate for the <br /> above work. Funds will derive from Chapter 90 informed Mr. Taylor. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to approve the Change <br /> Order in the amount of $11,430.00 to comply with Bikepath <br /> Regulations as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Acce tan e of Annual Fuel Bid: <br /> Mr. Taylor,Director of Public Works recommended the Board award <br /> the Annual FY98 Fuel Bid to Mike's Service Station for regular unleaded, <br /> high test unleaded and diesel fuel. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to award the FY98 Annual <br /> Fuel Bid to Mike's Service Station as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to review options relative to the use <br /> of a Town owned tank for fuel. <br />
