<br /> Pursuant to Chapter 138 of Massachusetts General Laws,the Board of Selectmen, acting as the
<br /> Licensing Board for the Town of Mashpee,will conduct a public hearing on the application of
<br /> Willowbend Development Corporation,dlbla Willowbend Country Club,David C. Southworth,
<br /> Manager,for a Change of Description for their Annual Restaurant All Alcoholic Beverages License
<br /> to include an expansion of Premises. Said hearing will be held at Mashpee Town Hail, 16 Great
<br /> Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts, on Monday,June 23, 1997, at 6:45 p.m.
<br /> The licensee's revised description of premises is as follows: The premises will consist of a two
<br /> story building, main level,reception area, living room,kitchen, dining, bar, lounge on lower level,
<br /> front and rear exitlentrance, six additional exits/entrances,poolside seating, the former pro shop
<br /> area adjacent to the Grill Room,with waiter/waitress service to be provided in the expanded area.
<br /> Current plans call for 73 tables and 500 chairs.
