The low bidder was selected for each <br /> category of work informed Mr. Taylor. Work is scheduled to commence <br /> on July 1, 1397. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the FY98 <br /> Equipment Rental Bids as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VO <br /> TE. Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Public Hearin -Willowbend Develo mens Co oration Alter of Premises: <br /> Selectman Costa opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Willowbend Development Corporation, d/b/a Willowbend Country Club, <br /> David C. Southworth, Manager, for a Change of Description for they <br /> Annual Restaurant All Alcoholic Beverages License to include an <br /> expansion of premises. <br /> Mr.Whritenour,Executive Secretary read aloud the Public Hearing notice <br /> as published. Selectman Marsters stepped down for the discussion. <br /> Edward Sweeney, Counsel for Willowbend, and Greg Flemming, <br /> Director of operations were present to discuss the license application <br /> with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> It was noted that the applicant has proposed to expand the description <br /> of premises to allow for additional seating in the gill Room. <br /> Selectman Costa opened the Public Hearing to obtain comment. Being <br /> none, Selectman Costa requested a vote from the Board to close the <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Marsters abstained. <br /> The applicant has requested the Board approve an additional 56 seats <br /> in the Grill Room area of the facility to bring the actual occupancy request <br /> to 500. The present capacity is 444 occupants. <br /> It was noted that all necessary permits are in place for approval. The <br /> manager of record, owners, and general management of the facility will <br /> remain the same. <br />
