A one year unexpired <br /> term will be available to be placed on the May 1998 ballot. <br /> The Board expressed deep regret to the notification received from <br /> the Town Clerk. <br /> Rmuest for 111-FBnfi <br /> Correspondence was received from William C.Przybylek, Chief of <br /> Police dated August 14, 1997 requesting approval of Officer Holly <br /> DeForest's request for 111-F benefits for one day to cover time lost <br /> from work due to an on-duty injury. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the request <br /> for 111-F Benefits for officer DeForest as defined. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VO Unanimous. S-o. <br /> Car <br /> .=ondence from All Town TgAi regarding CB in sa <br /> Njm <br /> John I Bartolomei submitted communication to the Board in a memo <br /> dated September 2, 1997 requesting the Board approve a change of <br /> business name. <br /> IN&B artolomei has requested that All Town Taxi be changed to reflect <br /> the name of All Village Taxi,of Mashpee. It was noted that All Town <br /> will be used for the livery company. The color of the taxi company <br /> shall be red. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to defer approval until further review. <br /> The Board has no initial objection, but does not want to confuse the <br /> business with the present Falmouth operation. The applicant will be <br /> requested to state his intent for the requested name change for additional <br /> q <br /> review and consideration. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to "table" this matter <br /> until the next Selectmen's Meeting. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> YOTE: Unanimous. 5- • <br />
