The Mashpee <br /> . <br /> police Department had taken the remainder of the evidence. It was noted <br /> that Mr. V* Hio had the sum of$41 in his possession. <br /> Exhibit D-1: Receipt for return of property. <br /> Attorney Bowen had no objection to the exhibit of evidence. <br /> Trooper Kotfila indicated that notes are taken,and are destroyed after <br /> they have been placed in report form. This is general process. <br /> Detective Doug Flynn, a Mashpee Police Officer for the past seventeen <br /> years indicated that he is assigned to the Police Department Detective <br /> division. <br /> Exhibit P-5: A copy of three photographs taken at the Raw <br /> Bar establishment on July 21, 1995. <br /> 1. Mears Williams and Lil Ellison <br /> 2. Salvatore Virgilio on left,Daniel Braun on right <br /> 3. Ms.Williams and Mr. Weeks <br /> (pictureP g y depicting body shots; taken in front of bar) <br /> Gildea objected to the photographs as not being originals. It was <br /> Attorney � P . P <br /> noted that the District Attorney is In possession of the originals. <br /> Chairman Vaccaro noted the objection. <br /> Detective Flynn discussed the investigation process. It was noted that <br /> y g <br /> Ms.Ellison admitted that she was under age. She was not charged. <br /> This information was not contained in Detective Flynn's report. It was <br /> also <br /> noted that Ms.Ellison left the country 2-3 days after the incident. <br /> at Ms.Williams was of legal g age. She was never <br /> It was noted that g <br /> charged with buying alcohol for a minor. <br /> Attorney Bowen indicated that Ms.Ellison was a minor and was served <br /> alcohol at the Raw Bar. Charges were never brought against the bartender. <br /> Ms.Ellison returned to her native Sweden. <br /> Attorney <br /> Bowen then interviewed State Trooper John Mawn,Jr. who met <br /> i Detective Flynn to discuss the allegations of under age g at the <br /> with yn <br /> Raw Bar. He went to the establishment on October 28, 1995 to make <br /> observations undercover with a fellow State Police Officer. <br /> the arrived at roximatel 10:15 p.m. The <br /> Trooper Mawn indicated that y pp y <br /> did not check their identification,and the bartender di <br /> d not ask <br /> doorman <br /> for any identification. Approximately 30-40 patrons were present. <br />
