He cannot confirm if it is the entire packet, <br /> and if it was prepared by his staff. <br /> Attorney Gildea asked Mr.Whritenour if he has had repeated requests <br /> from any member of the Board of Selectmen regarding the Raw Bar. <br /> Exhibit D-8: Memo from Selectman Caffyn regarding Raw Bar issues. <br /> Exhibit D-9: Memo from Mr.Whritenour to Selectman Caffyn. <br /> Attorney Gildea indicated that in the memo, Selectman Caffyn has <br /> expressed deep consternation to the specific operation of the facility. <br /> Issues of concernP rimarily involve the operation, over crowding and <br /> excessive noise from the Raw Bar. <br /> Selectman Caffyn asked Attorney Gildea how he obtained this information. <br /> Attorney Gildea indicated that he went to the Board of Selectmen's <br /> Office and made a request fora public record. The information was logged <br /> by the Town Clerk, Jane Labute. <br /> Mr.Whritenour added that he did not indicate that this information was <br /> responded to by the office of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Attorney Gildea indicated that the document was contained in a file <br /> located in the Board of Selectmen's office. <br /> William Ferrera,the head doorman of the Raw Bar indicated that he hires <br /> and schedules staff. As a doorman, we have the right to card anyone. <br /> Withoutro er identification there is no admittance explained Mr.Ferrera.. <br /> P P <br /> Duringthe summer, the Raw Bar employs 10 doormen indicated Mr. <br /> � P <br /> Ferrera. Four doormen work on the weekends. As doormen, we keep <br /> control of the general atmosphere of the facility. W.Ferrera indicated <br /> that a doorman aught drive a customer home at night if necessary. <br /> When a doorman <br /> finds a fake i.d.., P it is kept and turned in to the staff at the <br /> end of the night stated Mr.Ferrera. It is confiscated if the face does not <br /> ig - <br /> match or f the height or sacral security number is not known by the one <br /> Presenting the i.d. <br /> On the ni ht of Jul 21, 1996,Mr. Ferrera indicated that he was not <br /> g y <br /> workin . He stated that he witnessed Mr. Virgilio at the Raw Barin the <br /> g . <br /> past.
