G <br /> VQ : Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> With char respect to the above a orders and related architectural.contract, <br /> P g <br /> Mr. Griffin indicated that any project omissions and/or flaws shall be <br /> further reviewed b the Committee and reimbursed b the project architect. <br /> Y Y P J <br /> Quahty Issues: <br /> Mr.Griffin discussed the present quality of the High School Building <br /> with members of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Mr.Griffin indicated that there are no major outstanding quality issues <br /> to date. There has been great cooperation between all parties involved <br /> in the project, and on the job site noted Mr. Griffin. <br /> Mr. Gunn has roved to be a good push to et the project moving ahead <br /> P g P g <br /> in an expeditious manner stated Mr. Griffin who noted that he has attended <br /> weekly management meetings with Stone Construction Company. <br /> Mr. Griffin also stated that Chartwell and Company, and the Clerk of the <br /> Works have been doing a great job, and have documented all progress. <br /> It was noted that Chartwell and the Clerk have conducted an independent <br /> study of the project scope in addition to the architects review. There is <br /> nothing of substance that appears to be a problem at this time. <br />
