Robert Byrne,owner and Ed McCann,manager of the subject establishment were present to discuss the license application with the Board of Selectmen and interestedublic'. P k . Mr.Byrne indicated that the proposed dining area will consist of approximately 600 square feet, and will contain 32 seats which will pp Y be enclosed and visible at all times. Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. YOT.K: Unanimous,, 5-0. It was noted that the outside dining area will close at approximately 11:00 p.m. as business dictates. Mr. McCann indicated that the area will be well lit, well staffed,and supervised. Elias McQuaid,Board of Health Agent indicated that the Board of Health has reviewed the menu and layout of the food service. The o osed amendment to the establishment has met all of our requirements proposed � 100% stated Mr. McQuaid.
