(Interim Record of Decisions <br /> Mr. Fisher discussed the potential risk oflumes entering John's Pond <br /> p g <br /> and Ashumet Pond. <br /> The issue was raised as to the potential risk to thero osed Holland Mill <br /> p p <br /> well site which has a zone II of contribution which extends to John's Pond. <br /> Mr. Fisher recommended that the Town assert to the government its rights <br /> under the previously agreed IROD. <br /> The Board discussed the possibility of using a special environmental <br /> counsel for the purpose of extending the Town's legal rights. A strong <br /> familiarity with federal facility agreements,the Department of Defenses <br /> and related issues would be required. <br />
