Definition of plumes downgradient from John's Pond <br /> to determine leading edges and size. <br /> 2. The Strategic Plan should define the process for <br /> containing plumes affecting Mashpee, and the Town <br /> will take an active role in ensuring this. <br /> 3. Engage special counsel to represent Town's legal <br /> interests in the plume containment process. <br /> Mr. Whritenour was requested to speak with an attorney recommended <br /> by Mr.Fisher, and request referrals from Town Counsel for special <br /> counsel, and to report back to the Board. <br /> E <br /> Involved with the engagement of special counsel, the Town should f <br /> articulate a short-term and a long-term strategy for impacting the <br /> plume containment process. <br /> A mmen <br /> - <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to adjourn at 11:33 a.m. <br /> � 3 <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> i <br /> l <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> s <br /> Kathleen M.
