S-o. <br /> Bill Hauck was present to discuss the status of the High School <br /> project with members of the Board of Selectmen. The Board asked <br /> Mr.Hauck if it was legally feasible to allow the students to occupy <br /> the building when it is partially complete. <br /> Mr.Hauck indicated that he will allow the students to occupy the <br /> • . • • . PY . � I: <br /> facility providing that all academic areas are 100% complete,and providing <br /> electrical,gas,plumbing,fire, and the integrity of the fire walls have <br /> also been completed and signed off. <br /> Mr.Hauck indicated that he will allow finish work to be completed <br /> ; <br /> in areas not occupied by the students. It was noted that all exterior <br /> site work will be completed prior to occupancy. <br /> It was noted that Mr.Hauck has met with the Hih School Building <br /> g <br /> Committee on an ongoing basis to discuss the status of the facility. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND BEARIN <br /> 1!uhlic Hearing=Pizza by Evan,Liquor License Transfer: <br /> "4 <br /> . I <br /> Selectman Dinizio opened the Public Hearing to transfer the Annual <br /> Restaurant wine and Malt Beverages License from Pizza by Evan,Inc., <br /> d/b/a Pizza by Evan,to Zoe, Inc.,d/b/a Pizza by Evan,Thomas W. Poole { <br /> Manager. <br /> Thomas Poole,President and Manager of Zoe, Inc. waspresent with <br /> his attorney,Joseph Perry to discuss the license transfer with members of <br /> the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Attorney Fitch representing the former owner of the subject establishment <br /> indicated that his client has no objection to the transfer of the Annual <br /> Wine and Malt Beverages License located in Mashpee Commons, <br /> Attorney Perry presented a copy of the notice to abutters as required <br /> for the Public Hearing process. It was noted that Mr. Poole does not <br /> intend to alter the premises,and will operate the restaurant as its present <br /> method of operation serving primarily pizza and submarine sandwiches. <br />
