Y . <br /> June 28, 1996 relative to the partial occupancy of the new High School E <br /> facility, <br /> k, <br /> It was noted that the Board requested an opinion as to whether the Town <br /> would be subjecting itself to significant liability by allowing the facility <br /> to be partially occupied i a September while construction activities continue <br /> on portions of theproperty. <br /> It is anc Town Counsel's opinion that partial use and beneficial occupancy <br /> of <br /> the High School would be permissible provided that those portions of the <br /> buildings and grounds to be utilized by the school faculty, staff and <br /> students have been substantially completed in a manner satisfactory for its <br /> intended use. <br />
