He said the <br /> d umpster is to be on a pad and should be fenced in. Matt Costa said he will add <br /> to the Plan. <br /> Dike Mendoza asked about how snow removal would be managed. Mark <br /> Bogosian said they do snow removal and the equipment would be there to move <br /> snow to back and side areas. <br /> Mike Mendoza asked about security measures. Mark responded that he uses <br /> lights and cameras on the building. like advised hire that the light at egress <br /> door has to be illuminated. Mile also mentioned tread lights and railing lights. <br /> Mark said he favors tread lights. <br /> Joe Cummings asked about signage. Mark Bogosian said he will be corning for <br /> an application for signage in the future. <br /> Mie Mendoza questioned handicap accessibility to the second level. Matt Costa <br /> said they would drive around to the back and access the second level through <br /> the garage. Mark Bogosian added that trucks and people will be on the first <br /> level. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> MOTION: Joseph Cummings motioned to approve except an initial rendering <br /> should be submitted showing trees, etc; d u mpster with pad and fencing; lighting <br /> on walkways; show preliminary lighting and what fixtures look life; and Applicant <br /> needs to submit complete detailed Plan to ZBA for approval. <br /> Jonathan Furbush seconded the motion; and the motion was unanimously <br /> passed by Design Review. <br /> 2 <br />
