Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, September 19, 2017 <br /> Islas h pee Torn Hall II'Ifaq u oit Meeting Room <br /> Committee Members Present: Joseph Cummings, Jonathan Furbush, Michael <br /> Mendoza, Miles Peters, and Joshua Spencer. <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. <br /> Project Address: Nicoletta's Way & Main St. <br /> Business name: Talk to the Pars <br /> Owner/Agent: Lisa J. McAdams <br /> Representative: Lisa J. McAdams <br /> lie nest: -Sign in the 50 foot buffer <br /> Lisa J. McAdams appeared and said they are trying to get a sign for the whole <br /> Industrial Park area and maybe a special permit for that sign. In the meantime, <br /> she would like to put up a temporary sandwich board sign. She said she thought <br /> she could place a sign in the 50 foot buffer, but she cannot do so. The Town <br /> maintains the buffer. Lisa McAdams said that Bob Maffei just bought the whole <br /> left-hand side of the property. <br /> Mike Mendoza asked whether or not Lisa McAdams spoke to DPW. Lisa said <br /> DPW said as long as people can see to make the turn it would be okay. She <br /> said DPW was agreeable to the proposed setback of 20 feet from N icoletta rs <br /> Way and no closer than 30 feet from Main Street. Joseph Cummings asked <br /> where the sign was located when it was removed by DPW. Lisa said it was In <br /> the buffer zone. <br /> Jonathan Furbush asked how long would the temporary sign be needed. Lisa <br /> McAdams responded she doesn't know. She said there are 3 owners on <br /> Nicoletta's Way and she has to go to one of their meetings to address this. <br /> Lisa's business hours: 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Thea she cleans up. Sign would be <br /> there Monday-Friday, but sometimes on a Saturday if they do benefits. <br /> Lisa shored the proposed temporary,sandwich board sign. Bike Mendoza <br /> advised that if Design n F eview approves a temporary sign then the next step <br /> would be for applicant to go to the Board of Selectmen for approval. <br />
