She can check into that. In the meantime, it
was discussed that there may be some potential affordable office spaces available in town that we
can look at. A few suggestions were made. Mrs. Botsford will follow up,
COMMUNICA r IONS/CORRESPONDENCE: It was iilentioned that emails were sent to all
board inembers abotrt.tlie required on-line training. Mrs. Botsford offered assistance to anyone
that needed it.
NEXT MEETING-. The chair mentioned that:lie would like to have the board consider
meeting less frequently. Mrs. Botsford has 4 board meetings a month to attend and if it's
possible to stretch out:the length between meetings it could be helpful. Mrs. Botsford can
continue to provide monthly updates and special meetings could be called for pressing issues.
A#iter a brief discussion, all agreed that this would be a good idea. We will discuss the next
meeting date andtime each month to schedule it. The next meeting will be Thursday, January
10, 2019 at 5:00 PM.
MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Jill Allen and seconded by Lisa
Meizinger to adjourn.
