There is very little room <br /> available for storage and not enough office space for the staff members that we have: Mrs. <br /> Botsford stated that a lot oflhousing authorities expand into adjoining apartments when this <br /> .happens but she is not sure if DFICD will allow dais. She can check into that. In the meantime, it <br /> was discussed that there may be some potential affordable office spaces available in town that we <br /> can look at. A few suggestions were made. Mrs. Botsford has 4 board meetings a month to attend and if it's <br /> possible to stretch out:the length between meetings it could be helpful. Mrs. Botsford can <br /> continue to provide monthly updates and special meetings could be called for pressing issues. <br /> A#iter a brief discussion, all agreed that this would be a good idea. We will discuss the next <br /> meeting date andtime each month to schedule it.
