Mattapoisett Matra ement Services Agreement: The chair mentioned that Mrs. Botsford had <br /> previously provided the members with the standard 131-10D renewal contract but that the board <br /> needed to officially vote ata it so that it could be sent to DfICD for approval. The Mattapoisett <br /> boated has already approved and signed it, Upon full review of the Management.Services <br /> Agreement with Mattapoisett Housing Authority, a motion was made by ,bill Allen and <br /> seconded by Richard Halpern to approve the contract for the term of February 15,2019— <br /> September 30,2023 for the annual contract sum of$46,780.00 which is the current <br /> allowable management fee as allowed by DHCD. The motion carried. Mrs. Botsford will <br /> submit to DFICD. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> A, Grievance Procedure Policy Update: Mrs. Botsford presented the members with a drall <br /> previous to the meeting and mentioned that it is a simplified version which is fully compliant <br /> with the updated regulation 760 CMR 6. After short discussion, a motion was made.by <br /> Richard Halpern and seconded by Lisa Meizinger to accept and approve the updated <br /> Grievance Procedure Policy as presented. The motion carried. <br /> B. PMR (Property management RevicLvreport and response: Mrs. Botsford provided the board <br /> with the full report previous to tlae meeting and it was reviewed completely. The housing <br /> authority is reviewed in eight different categories. In six there were no findings, In two areas <br /> there was Operational Guidance offered by DHCD. 'file first was.in Reporting& Certifications. <br /> It was noted that one quarterly report«las not submitted within 60 Days of the quarter end. Mrs. <br /> Botsford stated that this was because the department counts literally 60 days and she and the <br /> accountant counted two months. The second was on TAR Reporting. TAR is Tenants Accounts <br /> Receivable. The reporting was being done and those in repayment agreements are adhering to <br /> Page 3.of 4 <br />
