MASHPEE ENVIRONMENTAL OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER S, 2017 6:30 P.M. <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> OCKWAY MEETING ROOM <br /> Members Present: Michael Talbot,Dale McKay,Katelyn Cadoret,Andrew Gottlieb, Rick <br /> York. <br /> Also Present: Ashley Fisher(Shellfish and Water Quality Technician) <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Michael Talbot @ 6:30 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes—October 11, 2017 <br /> Motion: Andrew Gottlieb moved to approve the October 11, 2017,seconded by Rick York. <br /> Vote 4-0.4 with Mr. McKay abstaining. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> There was a discussion on the makeup of the EOC committee and Andrew Gottlieb stated he will <br /> look into the matter. <br /> Single Use Plastic Bag Ban Bylaw Update on December Notification, Implementation and <br /> Enforcement <br /> Andrew Gottlieb noted he will speak with the Town Manager regarding coordinating a response <br /> regarding the implementation of the plastic bag ban bylaw. <br /> Staffing and Consulting Needs for the Sewer Commission and Planning Department with <br /> the retirement of Thomas Fudala <br /> Andrew Gottlieb stated this position will be posted tomorrow. <br /> ACTION ITEMS UPDATE <br /> Mashpce CWMP: <br /> Andrew Gottlieb stated the Commission and the Assembly are doing revisions to the DRI <br /> process that will exempt towns from DRIB. <br /> DRi Review: IMA's with other towns: Update <br />
