t <br /> The Chair reached out the Human Rights Club at the high school, who has had trouble building <br /> up the club. It was noted that, at one time, they hosted many activities. The Chair would like to <br /> assist in reestablishing the club. The Chair also referenced the High Five Club. <br /> Develop Action Plan-The Chair wished to identify ideas and ways in which the <br /> Committee could support other activities and groups, especially at the schools. The Chair was <br /> also interested in reaching out to the residential associations in Mashpee, <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> Attendance-The Chair expressed concern about Committee members staying for the <br /> entire meeting as the group met just once per month. It was noted that this was the first time that <br /> members have had to leave early. There was discussion regarding whether the meeting length <br /> was intended to be 1 '/z hours or 2 hours long. The Chair suggested that it would be helpful for <br /> others to contribute more and the possibility that sub-committees may be needed. Ms. Landry <br /> recommended developing 2019 calendar year goals. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> The next meeting would be held Tuesday, January 8 at 10 a.m. <br /> MOTION: Ms. Brown made a motion to close the meeting.
