Collins Town Manager indicated at a time of fiscal constraints maintaining a level <br /> service budget is a challenge. There is a goal to set aside mom'es to the DFEB trust; when <br /> reviewing the budgets and considering the addition of new employees,the bottom line is <br /> reviewed and fully considered in terns of affordability and sustainability. Rodney C. It was noted that at tunes there are unforeseen expenditures <br /> such as the rising costs of utilities and with employees who may transition. It is also important <br /> to realize balances may also be in pacted by positions not be immediately filled. <br /> The Finance Committee in their financial review requested information regarding the turn-backs <br /> from each department from last fis cal year. <br />
