i <br /> .`Y4RT LA•yF ti,1yl� Town <br /> Ak <br /> Sas <br /> ■ <br /> 16 Great.Neck Road North <br /> J3LG r'-SMashp e e, Masseur arse tts 0 649 <br /> BOARD of HEALTH - PUBLIC SESSION <br /> Minutes of the Meeting of February 2, 2017 <br /> Board Members Present: Also Present: <br /> l alliope Egloff, Chair Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Brian Baurngaertel, Clerk <br /> Chair I alliope Egloff called the 'meeting to order at 7:00 Fill, <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> 7: 15 PM Title V I/A operation and Maintenance violations — 57 Waterline Drive south. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that the Board of Health received the Innovative Alternative Operation and Maintenance <br /> contract for the property located at 57 Waterline Drive South. once the owners were informed of the violation, <br /> a contract was immediately obtained. <br /> 7:20 HM — Housing code violations—52 Quaker Run Road, <br /> Glen Harrington commented that on November 2, 2016, a housing inspection was performed at the property <br /> located at 52 Quaker Run Road as a result of a complaint by the tenant. Dix violations were identified, and an <br /> order letter dated November g, 2016, was issued to correct the violations. On January g, 2017, a shover-cause <br /> hearing lefter was sent to the owner for failure to comply within the timeframes. An electrical permit was <br /> obtained on January 6, 2017, to repair the electrical violations so the work had commenced but net completed <br /> until January 23, 2017. The Assistant Health Agent performed a follow-up inspection on January 23, 2017, and <br /> confirmed that all of the violations were corrected. Mr. Harrington recommended that no further action be, <br /> taken. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel made a motion that the Board of Health dismiss the housing code-violations at 52 Quaker <br /> Run Road. l .alliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved, <br /> 7:25 FM — bearing for sanitary code violations — Lakeside Estates Unit 8, 300 Nathan Ellis Highway. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel made a motion that the Board of Health continue discussion on the Sanitary code <br /> Violations for Lakeside Estates., Soo Nathan Ellis Highway, Unit 8, to the next Board of Health meeting <br /> scheduled on February 16, 2017. I alliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> 7:30 FM — Nitrogen Aggregation Loading Flan Request--22 Uncle Edwards road. <br /> Klatt Costa of Cape and Islands Engineering, representing the applicant of 22 Uncle Edwards Road, introduced <br /> himself to the Board. <br /> Mr. costa commented that he is requesting approval of a facility aggregation plan for nitrogen loading <br /> purposes for the facility property located at 22 Uncle Edwards Road. The credit property, where the credit land <br /> would be restricted, is off Bog River Bend. credits are transferred to 22 Uncle Edwards Road to obtain a <br /> minimum of 30 000 square-feet for a -bedroom septic system. <br /> t <br />
