Attorney Wall is requesting that the Board of Health continue this discussion to the next Board of Health meeting <br /> scheduled on April 6, 2017, so that he can present this information to his client. <br /> Ialliope Eagloff stated that she is inclined to make a motion to order the park to excavate the line, have the Health <br /> Agent be present after the excavation to test the baseline pressure at the spigot, possibly request the homeowner <br /> to be available using the water utilities, and have it handled by April 6, 2017, to close out this issue. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel made a motion that the Board of Health order MEZ Fealty to excavate the grater line and to <br /> have the Health Agent be present after excavation for an inspection of the lines of the water main to the <br /> connection at the unit and also to verify water pressure at the outside spigot of the unit, if possible, when either <br /> a toilet is flushed or a sink is in use inside the unit. This work is to be completed by the next scheduled Board of <br /> Health meeting on April 6, 2017. Failure to complete this by April 6, 2017, may result in fines and/or further legal <br /> action per the sanitary Code. Calliope Egloff seconded the motion.
