E <br /> o. <br /> I alliope Fgloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> ADDITIONAL. TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. chronic sanitary code violations: 165 Ninigret Avenue. <br /> Glen Harrington presented a-photograph of the trash and Sanitary code violations located at 165 Ninigret <br /> Avenue to the Board. The Board of Health has been responding to complaints of trash since 2010. This <br /> property is in the process of foreclosure. Mr. Harrington will compile all the information in a presentable fashion <br /> for the Board to review, including the possibility of septic issues. The Board will conduct a hearing giving the <br /> owner an opportunity to present their opinion before proceeding with any action. <br /> -NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Health is scheduled for Thursday, May 18, 2017, at 7-000 PM. As there was <br /> no further business, I alliope Egloff made a motion to adjourn the Public Session fleeting of the Board of <br /> Health at 8:28 PM. Brian Baum aertel seconded the motion.
