S <br /> Mallory Lan ler rade a motion that the Board of Health approve the 2017 Food Establishment Permit for the <br /> New Seabury Athletic club with the conditions that the menu and floor plan review fee are submitted to the <br /> Health Department. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Request for 2017 Mobile Food Permit: Taco Clog. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that Martin Gamboa would like to obtain a mobile food permit for his cart. The <br /> application, foe, servsafe certificate, state Hawkers & Peddlers License} Allergy Awareness certificate, floor <br /> plan and a letter from Christ the Ding church as his licensed commissary have been provided. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health approve the 2017 Mobile Food Permit for Taco Dog <br /> with the conditions that the menu is submitted and a satisfactory inspection is performed of the food cart by a <br /> Health Agent. Mallory Langler seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 7. commercial and Industrial Site and septic PlanApproval: 63 Mercantile Way, <br /> Joao Junqueira with capewide construction and John Lavelle with Baxter-Nye Engineering introduced <br /> themselves to the Board. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that a warehouse use is proposed for this site located at 53 Mercantile Way, which will <br /> be utilized by Capewide Construction. No vehicles are proposed to be in the building: therefore, no floor drains <br /> or tight tanks are required. The septic system is proposed to have employee use only for a capacity of 360 <br /> gallons' per day. Bath reserve area and primary Boil Absorption system are proposed to be constructed at the <br /> time of initial installation so it complies with the Board of Health regulation. subsurface drainage is provided <br /> within the vegetated swale to comply with the Board of Health storm drain regulation. As there is the chance for <br /> the structure to be partitioned for other uses or tenants, Mr. Harrington recommends that plumbing for <br /> bathrooms be provided for each of the leased spaces. <br /> Mr. Junqueira remarked that this is 7,400 square feet of space. boo square feet will be utilized as office space, <br /> and the rest will be used as storage within the warehouse. There will be 6 garage doors, and no vehicles will <br /> be stored on the property. He plans to have plumbing for 5 bathrooms, and there will be no linen service or <br /> wishing machines. <br /> Mallory Lander made a motion that the Board of Health approve the site and septic Flans for 53 Mercantile <br /> Way with the condition that all Commercial Requirements recommended by the Health Agent and the Tight <br /> Tank Requirements are adhered to and Board of Health Regulation Part IX, section 5.00 rewires the <br /> installation of the reserve area to be installed at the same time as the primary leaching area. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 8. commercial and Industrial site and septic PlanApproval: 73 Mercantile Way. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that a boat storage business is proposed at the site located at 73 Mercantile Way. <br /> Interior and exterior individual condominium spaces will be available for sale to store boats. The site has a <br /> septic system sized below the Board of Health boo gallons per day regulation so no denitrification system is <br /> rewired. A non-hazardous industrial wastewater tight tank to meet the interior floor drain regulations, a rinse <br /> pad for rinsing boats and trailers is also included on the site plan. An MBC-type catch basin has been designed <br /> prior to the discharge area to catch any hazardous residue from the boat rinsing. <br /> Common bathrooms are proposed which will be available by key pad entry. The Board of Health typical <br /> requirement to install plumbing for each individual unit may not be necessary as the placement of a bathroom <br /> in the units will not. llow room for the maximum size_boats. Management-is reportedly going to be on-site daily <br /> to keep bathrooms clean and accessible. 4-Dour management will not be provided. <br /> Maintenance of the boats should be limited to minor repairs. Mr. Harrington met with the owners and engineer <br /> regarding this and requested the owner to have verbiage placed within the condominium documents to outline <br /> the requirements for this provision.
